I just want to remind everyone that Saturday, March 26th, the Puyallup Hawg Hunters will be holding the 2011 Lake Sammamish Open at Lake Sammamish State Park.  There will be an off limits from Sunday the 20th at midnight until blast off Saturday morning.   There will be late registration from 5:00 am to 6:25 am Saturday morning, with the drivers meeting at 6:25 and blast off at 6:45 am.  entry fee is $120, with $20 option and $20 big fish pots.  Weigh in is at 3:00 pm, with a raffle to follow.  Coffee and donuts will be available in the morning, and hotdogs at weigh-in.  Entry forms are available to be printed here:

They will also be available in the morning.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Kind of curious to see who plans to fish this weekend? Its looking like we are going to have a great raffle.
Lord knows wolsky and him need them on Sammy.

I want to fish it but have to get up at 530 to drive to portland for an auction. The best part is if we do buy one of the old relics we deal in i will be the lucky one to drive it home. That's always a fun test drive. 3+ hours on the highway with an old car you know nothing about......fun

Man just goofing with you LOL

You can fish Sunday, but not Monday. Or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, regardless of time of day.

Actually it probably is monday morning at 12am not 1201 because that is one minute into monday!

Hi Aaron,

Just to be absolutely clear, Sunday is open to prefish correct? Off limits starts at 12:01am Monday right?

More fun than spending a day on a lake participating in a sport that you know nothing about?

finally ---- the truth

the first step is to admit it

I'm not admiting anything, that was an accusation aimed at Ryan.  I will never admit anything.

Nice to see everybody and it was a great time. Congrats to the winners and those that did good!

So what was the damage.  I got on the water a bit after noon and fished until about 6:30  - one 16" green fish and a bunch of trout bites to show for it.  It was good to get the boat out and stretch it's legs.

Warmest water I saw was just over 50.

What did the top five do?

Winners where Jamie Srausbaugh and Lance Cash with 14.1ish. 2nd was team Hobsky with 13.9ish. Club tourny was today, and I barely beat Brian Vance 10.65 to 10.4. Sad thing was, we got moe boats in our club tourny than we had yesterday for the open. I will try to get ful standings up in the nxt few daysonce I get them back from Larry Williams.
ZING!!  I would talk some isht but it seems i can not since you won the club tourny. I'll just congratulate you and sign back in under pat and bash you some more. Take care. LOL

Hi Aaron,

Yeah, what was up with no Hawg Hunters showing up for the open? I can think of 6 or so boats from your club that should have been there but weren't.
