Yesterday(4-21) My son and I took a trip around some of the lakes in South Pierce
County,no fishing rods, just an excuse to get out on a nice day.
We stopped at Tanwax and walked the dock at the Lakeview Resort.
Brett got my attention by saying "What's dat?" (add a 3 year olds voice)
I first assumed it was some plant debris/pollen but upon a further look,I noticed
they were schooling,so I scooped some up with my hand....Sure enough, they were fish
fry. They were yellowish in color and just a bit bigger then the tip of a pencil. They're
were millions of them hanging by the docks. Not sure what fish have already finished
their spawn,perch maybe?
Curious as to what you folks think.
