How to SMB and LMB react to rising water and falling water in both lakes and rivers?

Obviously this time of year we have a lot of these situations, so how do you change your presentations to accomodate?

this is a great question

the only thing that has consistently worked for me - is to stay home

Hey Jake , Hope all is good in your hood bro :-)

Tuff question hear IMO , There is a difference in tidal rise & fall , Dam fluctuation rise & fall , and Season rainwater rise & fall .. All three of these scenarios bass movement are based on different reasons in relation to typical staging areas and foraging . I can tell you in most cases when i find water rising  from rain the bass seem to push up as shallow during the spring months. Whenever im faced with falling water levals finding those bass can be a little tricky to relocate again , They arent too far from where you once found them IMO . I highly suggest to forget about looking for the fish but instead look for where the location of forage like baitfish that are roaming in those areas, typical thats where you can find the bass .. Sorry im not able to provide more tips about tidal waters , i  dont fish them very much during the season
