Fishing 2013 fed qualifiers as non boater

So I'm new to Washington been hear for a yr now. I'm looking to fish federation qualifiers but I do not own a boat so I can't participate as a boater so I would go as a non boater but not sure if there are any boaters whom are looking for a non boater. I moved from Boise Idaho area and fished Idaho federation qualifiers as non boater as well as a boater for 3 yrs. If anybody knows of someone please shoot me an email at tbone-99@hotmail.com.

Hey Troy,

Im not sure who is running the TBF, I think its Russ Baker, but for the BASS Nation its Gene Batey.

Send him an e-mail and he'll see if he can get you paired up. We've been having more boaters then non's the last couple years. Scroll down a couple threads and you'll find Gene's e-mail address.
