Gee - that's funny when I'm in the boat, we caught fish - not many - or big, but we caught a few. I leave and YOU DON'T "TOUCH, SEE, OR HOOK A SINGLE FISH". Then.....you call fishing with ME "a living hell"?

How do you think it is from my perspective?

Jon and I threw back 16lbs thinking it wasnt enough for a check....

Honestly, it was the toughest tournament I have ever fished and fishing with Jon made it a living hell.  Dana is correct- I stayed and fished Sunday at an attempt for redemption. This will come as a shock to everyone, but I didn't touch, see or hook a single fish.

I could really give 2 %%%%s what you think.

Road to winning
Getting stuck on west side due to pass closer.
Eat teriyaki chicken for dinner
Tie up rods, change trolling motor rope, and prop, on exit off I 90
Get to launch site at 1230 am
Fish all day grumpy and stressed due to lack of sleep
Fish your ass off
Don't lose a single fish

That easy......
One last tip, we caught our fish off or next to willow bushes! Cast toward the bushes!

Looks like you didn't drink enough.  Fishing with a hangover is always beneficial.

Thanks Dana, I appreciate all the kind words, as you know it's not easy to win any of these, it's definitely a TEAM deal, honestly, i don't know what we do different, Wolsky and I talk about it, I think we came down to 90 percent skill 10 percent luck to win or maybe we are skillfully lucky!
I would lay off the drinks the night before guys, it doesn't help in my experience.

Mr. Hobbs,

You are in a class by yourself. I have come to a point in my career, that I feel my day is a success if I can figure out how to beat you. Congrats, I have the utmost respect for what you and Mike are accomplishing.
