Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

Let's get serious tackle swap going. I know i don't spend much time or contribute much on the site but i would like to get a swap going, or at least find out who would be interested, and go from there. I have ton's of stuff i don't use and don't need but would venture to believe others could or would. I'm pretty sure i could arrange the Costco Corporate 800 building parking lot for it. Plus i would be willing to provide refreshments sodees and dawg's and morning coffee and pastries, that yes, a booth would sell to donate to a worthy charitee. I would not sell Snubs and Bolts or the new 5'' inch or 6 " Bolts or even the JRS Magnum's they do not work. But Sniper would have " NEW " Sniper branded apparell on site to offer. So give feed back and i will push the issue ! ! !

I do not mean to hijack the thread, but seeing as how it fits the topic and we had not announced it yet... The Washington Bass Association will be holding a swap meet on Wednesday March 3 at 7:30 pm at the Meadowdale Community Clubhouse at 6801 N Meadowdale Rd, Edmonds, WA 98026. There are fifteen tables available for $5 each for sellers, free for all to attend. We have done this in the past and it has been great. If you are interested in a table or need directions feel free to contact me at bassakwrdz@aol.com.
I am in too. I am looking to buy stuff more than sell stuff.

What dates we looking at?

Costco HQ would be great.
It would pretty cool if you could set something up with Russ, he is already having an open house with a special guest appearance. Folks would be able to check out some gear and also some new Phoenix boats.
first and foremost i am seeing if there interest. i am waiting now to see if Costco HQ is an option then dates will come into play. I would like to see mid June when there is no ABA or NW. ideally June 19th is when i would be pushing for. first i need interest then i will fly with it and it looks like were getting it. thanks for asking !

if i can get some date wishes i can work with it. I would like to see June 19th. I am waiting for an answer on the best location option. This will be a benefit so i really want to see this happen on a grander scale. All proceeds ( not the personal for sale items of course ) will go to the Danny " magoo " Chandler fund. Details on the fund to follow.
noooooo ! thats Federation wkend for Both TBF & B.A.S.S :-(

good point so i will have to come up with a better date. i will toss out a couple more dates soon maybe July week after NW Potholes. Thanks for pointing that out. That's the kind of feedback i need.

This is a great idea Dan, but Dez brings up a good point. If you can have it any other date that doesn't overlap with bigger tournaments this will be a great tackle swap not to miss and I would expect a far better turn out.
