I have heard that a bunch Barlow. Comcast likes to raise thier rates

T-Dot.....enjoy those channels while you have them, because in the fall they will become encrypted which means you will need a digital box to receive them.

Not to mention OLN for free now in HD. It used to be a pay channel but since the HD conversion its included in my package. Grimes- my TV package. I know what you are thinking.

i have comcast internet [therefore i have a cable running to the house]. from that cable you can get free cable. all you need is a newer style tv. i can tell you versus is a free channel they broadcast. i have all the sports channels, espn, espn2, speed, verus - there is a 5th one that is on there but the name slips my mind right now.

i use to spend $$$ on the channels i now get for free.

buy yourself a sling box, and hook it up at a friends house with comcast cable.

I am going to have to eat my words on my original post. I recently moved and am not able to get a clear view to the satellite so I have to try Comcast. At least I get to watch Versus again.

I figure the way Direct TV over charges me,they should suck it up and get Versus
back on the air.

I have DirectTV and have Versus back on within the last 2 weeks! I lost it for several months but it is now back on ch 603. There are 2 other Versus channels listed that I can not get 604 and 604-1 but the original is back!
