Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

I just wanted to share a recent service experience with my boat. In the past I have had some very bad experiences with getting my boat serviced. I finally got service on my boat that was over and above what I expected. I was having some serious performance issues with my HPDI. It was loosing power and falling on its face when I went full throttle or getting out of the whole. I called up Curt at Three Rivers Marine on last Tuesday. He said get it in asap and he would look at it. I told him I needed it asap because I was pre-fishing at Tri Cities friday-sunday. He looked at it the same day I brought it in and fixed it the next day. Turns out I had a fuel pump going out and needed my annual service with fuel filters. When I came to pick up the boat I found out that he had 73 boats in for service and repairs. He still got mine looked at and repaired. It ran perfect last weekend. I also noticed that the tech took the extra time and repaired my prop that was a little bit chewed up from a rock I hit at moses. It just goes to show that if you are a loyal customer and bring your boat to the same place it will pay off. Thanks again to Three Rivers Marine and Curt.

How did you know he had the prop off? And would you stop worrying about my shaft so much. And where the F have you been hiding?
Good Stuff C-ride. Its common to have something negative to say about an experience but it says alot about your character that you go out of your way to speak about a positive experience.
Well said! The only negative that is needed is the negative posts of the batteries in our boats not on any web site.

Great story.......unless a few of those other 70 boats' owners are on here and find out why they didn't get theirs done yet.....lol

Do have to agree.. the customer service there has been exceptional. They have a great group of guys working there and are doing a great job.

The mechanic Dave aka Big D is definitely one of the best around coupled with a great service manager Curt.....you can't go wrong
Aside from the juvenile "shaft" comments from those born with less than the minimum required equipment.............Three Rivers has always been a great place to buy(spend a s***load of money)/get service/get good information.....glad I live within driving distance.
Dude........sorry about the small member comment.............and by the way this isn't an IQ test so quit trying so hard...........
