I just wanted to give some kudos to Daiwa for their service. I had a small part break off one of my reels and I called their service and parts line to purchase a replacement piece. I told the guy, Toby, what I was looking for and he asked if that is all I needed. I told him it was then he started asking my information for shipping. Finally he says it is on its way at no charge. Now granted the part itself is very inexpensive I am sure, but it is nice to see that there are companies out there who still take care of its customers.
