No, they are suggesting a way to lead to a full blow ban on anything fun. Soon, smilling while being nude will be either banned or at least taxed.

I just wanted to put a link up for the Center for Biodiversity. What a bunch of clowns. They make false statistics to gain political ground for their agendas. Write them please and find out where they are getting their information. They claim 10-20 million animals die anually from lead toxicosis, and they claim animals are going extinct 100-1000 times the natural rate. They are making up huge lies and since they are popular, politically correct agendas, they are going to make headway. This is very serious.
