Also wanted to throw this out there is that we are guaranteeing that a min of 4 anglers from the non-boater side make the state team.

I've heard people argue this issue in the past with some very valid points, but I personally think it is a great way to encourage participation.
I heard that you dont put the strongest team out there which is very valid, but to counter that, is that not all boaters make a good non-boater. they loose a comfort level.

Very good point, Ken. There is definitely an art to catching them consistently out of the back of the boat.

Do you know where the Divisionals are being held in 2010?
I may even have to do these Banks in June and Sammamish in Aug. Like Ron said poor little lambs

Those non-boater slots are looking more appealing by the minute.....
Hey BRIAN,

Im already in a bass club do i need to join "firecreek" in order to fish any of these events ? and secondly how do i go about entering as a non boater ?
Do i have to "commit" to fishing more than one tourney ?

Here is the link to FireCreek if you need a BASS Club to join. We have members all over Washington so it does not matter where you live. If you have any questions please ask

Thanks

Which Bass club are you in? You dont have to commit but the $195.00 covers all 4 tournaments and could leave someone at home that might want to fish.

The only thing we need to know is your club a B.A.S.S. club or TBF? If it is TBF and you want to fish the B.A.S.S. qualifiers you will need to be in a B.A.S.S. club. The only tournaments we have are the Banks lake and Lake Sammamish. But we will be looking into doing a couple "club' tournaments this year, something for fun
