When will one of the big guys open a store in Central Washington.  I, for one, would love to see a Bass Pro Shops come to Tri-Cities or Moses Lake or Wenatchee even.
Dave I think the thinking with these store is to put them as close to a metro area as possible. I guess it is the more bang for their buck philosphy. Yeah I agree yall on the eastside could benefit from a large outdoor store.
I'd love to see a Bass Pro in Moses Lake.  Wenatchee isn't close enough to a freeway imo.  Most likely would end up in Spokane, Tri Cities, or the west side.  I'd much rather have the Bass Pro though.

I would love to see a Bass PRO shop in Washington. Hell I drive over 100 miles to get to Cabela's.

If I had my choice of either I would vote for a BPS somewhere near my home. The nearest one is in the bay area. They have totally forgotten about us fishermen/women in the northwest. I guess they find it hard to believe we fish for bass up here. I'm with Robert I too would drive 100 miles for a day at BPS.

I heard several rumors that Bass Pro Shops was going to open up in Portland, some stories said they had already purchased property and broken ground, however,I've been hearing this for a year and a half now.So I figure its BS for now. Hopefully one day we see them setup shop in the general area
I would also love to fly! There is a greater chance of Pat winning the Classic than a Bass Pro opening in Moses.

Potter, I think pat has a better chance of winning the classic then you do of winning a tournament period. Stay tuned moses lake...BPS may not be too far away.
T-bone, You should come to a tournament some day and I will show you what the inside of a rod locker looks like.
Great, another store with a crappy bass fishing section!
@ WCCT I agree they have a limited bass section but maybe having two Cabelas in this state will spark BPS to consider putting a store here. Pipe dream I know but gotta hold on to something.

I will still spend my money and support our smaller local stores like Three Rivers Marine and Auburn Sports than go to Cabelas with a limited and quite lacking selection of fishing equipment (at least for bass fishing in the northwest).

I personally am not a fan of cabelas and their products and don't think we need another one less than 2 hours from the other one...
