Whats the price range your looking at?
Its been said before, the Abu Orra is a great reel.  I have one and love it, feels just like a Revo to me, very smooth.  $99 new, probably get a decent price used.
ok thanks. i like the silver max are those ok? and i wouldnt wanna go much over 40 so im thinkin something used cause i just got a few nice set ups so i just need a back up extra rod.

Tyler give me a call at Limit Out Marine I have a couple of reels for free I could give you to get you started.

Pinnacle's aren't bad either.  New reels run between 40 and 60 dollars.  My twelve year old uses them as well as me....lol
Damn, free reels. Good on you Russ
nice!

I look at this way, years past someone helped me get started when I didn't have much cash and I was hungry to learn how to bass fish and this individual gave me a bunch of stuff for free why not return the favor to someone who is getting started. You know we all have way too much fishing stuff why not help our youth out.

Its all about growing this sport we so dearly enjoy. Maybe if we get more guys involved this state of ours may just listen some day.

your totally right Russ if we get enough people and what not we could get more programs going to help the sport of bass fishing grow and be able to produce more numbers and also quality fish. i do appriciate all your help and hope to keep in touch i have your phone number so ill give you a call tomorrow. Ill be on tapps so maybe after ill stop by. thanks again Russ
