Well that is a very general question but to name a few of my favorites 3-6in Senkos, Kreatures, Beavers, Zoom Lizards, Gambler Cane Toad, Rage Shad/Frog, Sniper Snubs/Bolts/Mags, Tubes, Grubs, Worms ribbon tail or cut tail, Robo Worms, there's lots of others. They all have their place and rig that I prefer but as far as colors I usually stick with the naturals and will mix in the purples and blues. Straight black or chartuse are good as well.
You can't ignore the tube. I personally use the Bass Kick n Baits tubes. They are made locally by Les Whitley and I have had a lot of success with them at Banks and here on the Local Columbia River.
The Lizard ( I prefer the 5" Zoom )is a good bait for both Smallmouth ( Carolina Rigged or on a jighead) AS well as Flipping or dragging a Tx-rig for Largemouth.

Another flipping bait that I have had great success with is called a " Hoo-Daddy" made by Gene Larew baits. It is a creature type bait, but is more compact but has a lot more leg action than a brush hog or some of the other creature type baits.

As much as I dislike using them, you can not ignore the Senko. The "stick-bait" is a staple that has multiple uses and is probably one of the most versatile baits there is. (Tx-rig, weightless, Wacky rig, Dek rig, carolina rig....drop-shot.....and few more)

I have heard a lot about the sniper snub and bolts, but never used them. The drop-shot style worms are great as well. Panic Minnow, Sniper, and Robo-worm are just a few. ( I dis-like drop-shotting more than any other technique, but I will do it if I have to)

Those are the baits I usually have available to me no matter where I am fishing

Dek Rig? What does this look like?

Old School, Mann's "Jelly Worms" texas rigged, it can be fished fast or slow, flipped or pitched. With enough weight it is a great bait in and around the pads. Great action, easy to use!

All the big worms like 10-12 inch culprit or 10 1/2 inch old monster zoom. If I'm out for any bass 7.5's do the job.
I'm just getting into plastics but so far I have to say that Texas and weightless rigged Senko's.
I just started using them late last summer but did manage to catch a few dinks.
I do have some of the Panic Minnows and some baits from WCCT that I'm looking forward
to using this season. I just need to dedicate a few trips to using plastics instead falling back
on cranks and spinnerbaits.

I need to give some props to Brian Walters and Tito, they showed me how to rig them properly at a seminar early last year.
The Dek rig looks similar to what I have heard called the Neko rig... Ron knows about this rig and could probably explain further. I have never fished it in my life nor have I seen the little nails you stuff in the end of the worm.
Kevin, I have never had luck on K-Lake with plastics. Like you I am always using a white spinnerbait at that lake. We will deffinetly have to get out there when it warms up.
