I like Sniper bolts in the sand color for smallies and i like senkos and robo worms for large mouths.

 What are your guy's preference?

I think the flick shake is just a special worm that is fished on a small shaky head. I may be wrong but the Neko rig is completely different from the Flick Shake. After the 20th I hope to be better educated on both riggings.

So is this technique similar to the "Flick Shake" technique? Also, Ron if you are reading, I have some Tru-Tungsten weighted worms im waiting to use. Could this worm be used in the Neko Rig also?

The Dek rig looks similar to what I have heard called the Neko rig... Ron knows about this rig and could probably explain further. I have never fished it in my life nor have I seen the little nails you stuff in the end of the worm.
David can you break down what there talking about on that video...

I use Sniper lures in dk brown, sand, wtm w/ copper, and white. I like alot of others use Senko's in different colors depending on large or smallies. I also use alot of tubes and a few lizards or ceature baits at certain times. Grubs early and late in the year, also don't want to forget the Reapers small and very important. Stick with the more natural colors greens, browns, and blk. I also use alot of purples, blues, and pearl. Right now I have two dressers full and 20 tackle trays.
All you need is: Reaction Innov. Beavers, tubes, sniper snups, robo worms, yamamoto senko and hula grub, Panic minnow in this state and you can catch any bass that swims.
What are Sniper Snups?

Spencer it was a joke. Sniper Snubs and Bolts are a great drop shot bait. They are the same length, the Bolt has just little larger body. You can look at both of them at www.questprotackle.com
