Have a few questions about rods.
I havent been on this site in who knows how long, I hope you're all doing pretty good. I just moved back down to arizona, so I'm gonna be bass fishing alot more than I was while in Washington.
So, today I got a Cortland Casting Rod, and a CastAway spinning rod for a pretty darn good price.
do any of you have any experience with these two brands?

I don't. Tell us why you are concerned about the rods? Warranty, sensitivity, what applications the rod's are good for ? Get out there and fish, post pics :)

No concern at all, they seem like awesome rods. I bought them online and they had a couple good reviews. I'm just wonderingin if anyone on here has any experience with them. I'm looking to turn the casting rod into my new topwater/jerkbait rod, and the spinning rod into my new dropshot/shakey head rod. Considering those are applications are the ones i use most down here. I think my next one will be a cortland flippin' rod depending on how impressed I am by the one i'm getting. I got them for a hell of a price as well, so I'm looking forward to giving them a shot this spring, summer and fall.
