Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

A few months ago I posted about my experience with a tweaker who broke into my boat (parked in front of my house) in broad daylight.  He failed to appear for his first hearing (surprise surprise), turned out he's a juvenile, so I couldn't get too much information on him, even though I was the victim in this circumstance.  Anyway, he finally appeared before a judge a couple weeks ago.  The bad news is the charges were dismissed as part of a plea bargain; the good news is there was a felony warrant out for his arrest, so when he was picked up again, they used my  case (and a few others, this kid was busy) as a bargaining chip to get him to confess to a felony weapons charge, resulting in him being put in a state facility for nine months.  So I guess there's some justice in there somewhere.

Iam sure someone will buttrape him in jail! REPEATLY!!

So your saying he will get about 6 months, with good behavior, of free room and board, along with access to a nice workout facility in which he'll be worth about 70 extra bench press pounds.  You give a delinquent boy that kind of muscle and he just might have to use it!

to bad it's against the law to take care of them like horse theifs in the old west., or like china a good canin with # 5 lamiglas

I would rather see criminals charged for all of their crimes. It doesn't seem logical to excuse a few to charge for something else.

Though I'm glad something happen to the guy, I like Paul's idea.   If more beating and punishments were handed out, people might think more about committing crimes like these.
