Anyone have a rundown of how this ended up and what was going on down there?

Jordan,

16.99 won it that included a 7.5 lb kicker. You had to have about 8lbs to cash.
Wind, hail, rain, and some sun had the guys trying to figure out what the fish were doing during the intermittant squals. We stuck 5 but lost two of the fish in the bushes.

Yep 7.81 lbs to make the top eight and cash a check. My partner, Kegan Sherard, and I were one of only a few teams to find a limit but couldn't find any big fish. That being said the lake was hot on friday but the weather messed up everything we found in pre-fish which was pretty dissapointing. We were thinking 13-14 lbs without a big kicker. Was still a fun tournament though we caught our first fish around 10:00 and then nothing till about 1:00 when we finally got it figured out and it was pretty fast and furious in between wind and hail squals. We seen the Pheonix going across the lake too and it seemed to be flat scootin with some good chop on the water.
