What kind of effect will this have on tournaments? Will Northwest, ABA, or qualifiers allow this?

Who cares how many poles I guy uses when recreational fishing that is why they have creel limits, Right? Same thing with banning mechanical duck decoys, if the bag limit is the same why does it matter? With hunting maybe hunters would have better shots at their quarry thus a more deadly shot, creating less injured birds flying away, never to be found and dying later.
Here here Ron. I will say it again, WDFW should spend more trime and resources managing wildlife instead of people.
