Silver Lake Open 2010
I just wanted to let all you guys know whats up, and How The tourney's looking. Weather ???? Big fish, probably and what other tournament can one or two fish win you a nice pile of money and braging rights. Some of the toughest conditions year after year as far as all elements playing a factor. For that I wanna thank everyone that participats in the tourney year after year. So far we have 16 boats and alot of phone calls saying is there more room. I see some of you guys and gals that may fish or are going to fish haven't sent your entry form in. Thats okay we have room as of right know and if its not in the mail by monday it's a first come first serv morning of. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you that i have yet to meet. The raffle after will be great. Any Question feel free to hit me up and with that said I'll see saturday morning rain or shine.

No charge for parking and the boat ramp at Silver Lake Resort. Cliff don't forget the doughnuts!!!

Hey Rick,wish I could fish the tourney but I'm on a tight budget. However,I will be there to checkout the weigh ins and rooting you folks on.

Right on, weather looks good! I've never fished Silver, I heard it fishes a lot like Terrell...any truth to that?

oh ya and the silver lake resort still has rooms and campsites available. Both Fri and Sat night. We also have 21 boats and chris I haven't got yours but i did get travis's.

Last year at the open we had Three 7 + fish weighed in. Only two boats with 2 or more fish. but I was wandering if any other tourney had three 7 lbers weighed in. all in all about 13 fish.

They must have clean em up in the Open the day before huh? How common is a 5 bass limit?

He said 20 boats so far, counting mine and Travis who's money is in the mail.

yes joel but we can only feild 35 boats. so morning of will be on a first come basis. it's been a few years since we've had a full feild so there should be room.
