Hello my name is Collin I'm 17 and I love to bass fish and I also duck hunt. I got my first boat a 1548 g3 with a 10hp. soon in the future I will be upgrading motors. anyway I'm a local pierce county guy and I want to get into fishing American lake I've tried twice this just haven't had any luck. I don't want to continue driving east side to bass fish because I try to save money to also duck hunt. If I can get some help that would be awesome

Where's your club located?
I'm pretty sure Western meets in Auburn. They're a good club that's been around for a long time. If you're closer to Puyallup, and you cant make the drive to Auburn, you can check our club out "Evergreen". Our website is evergreenbassclub.com. April and May is an entirely different story on American Lake. The fishing is consistently good "before the rock bass move shallow". This time of the year it seems to be feast or famine. There are some really nice largemouth in that lake, but there's only a couple of spots that they reside. If you dedicate yourself to learning this lake you will be rewarded greatly!
thank you Chad. By any chance do you know a guy named Brian Henderson?
