Last year there were 58 boats, we need this count to go up every year to keep Berkley interested in doing this. Sammamish has a 70-75 boat limit I believe, if it grows bigger they will move it to Washington.

Hope you get a full field of boats.
I'm hoping to be there. I just need to work things out with the boater and I will see you all out there!
most important question is will barlow be there with dobyns' rod?
I don't think they will turn anyone down!

This thing can get huge, Pure Fishing who owns berkley is the largest fishing company in the WORLD, to say that they have money is an understatement, so their line of commitment with throwing a huge bash directly correlates with how much angler support is recieved.

Lake Sammamish used to have a 60 boat limit, not sure that it has changed.

No more than four weekend days per month nor more than two weekends per month may be scheduled on any water when contestants fish at the same time, and are allowed to fish from boats.

Hell, Hobbs even has got me top drop the Musky rods down for a day to fish this tourney. Though I think I will bring the Musky rods only cuz I have caught more 5lb bass throwing #10 bucktails than I have trying with senkos, drop shotting or anything else..just need a partner is all.
