Washington Fishing

Oregon TBF just announced the location of the 2011 TBF NW Divisional.  It will be at Hood River April 27-29.  I've heard this is a great time for this pool and there are some pigs in that part of the river......this should be a great tournament!

I am not fishing in it moron. Don't you think if I were I might be there and not be wondering what is going on? You just showed your usual total incompetence Pat. It probably goes really well with your impotence to you pole smoker.

Tony Lofranco kicking some ass! Keep it up Tony.....

HANG IN THERE TONY !!  I think its funny that many anglers there have been complaining about not catching many fish in practice, then day 1 of the event 41 limits come too the scales .. Docktalk ! funny stuff ..looks like team Oregan is doing well as expected (river rats) ..Lets go TEAM WA , Idaho guys are starting to talk too much smack about us , I was reminded down in TN by an Idaho angler that they have kicked WA but for 3 years in row now !!

Go Tony!!!!!
where is chevrier in the standings?
whats the weather like down there?

I was there. I took 5th overall. Second for Idaho. The last day the wind was brutal.

Dez

The wind was bad the last day.  I had about a 20 mile run back from the Dalles and I rolled over one swale that was every bit of 12' tall.  It was MASSIVE.  I've never fished that pool before but I've been fishing the upper pools for a long time.  I have never seen a single wave that was so big...the other swales were puny little 8 footers:)  Good job at the tournament Chris.  Your team did great!

Thanks Dez,

It came down to the wire but I'm really thankful for qualifying for Nationals at all.  I've been twice before but never been as a co-angler so it will be a new experience.  I figure, if nothing else, I will be Wes' pit crew so I will do everything I can to help him win it.  That's pretty impressive...Wes hasn't fished qualifiers for about ten years and he makes it to Nationals his first try back!
