I need another swimbait rod and a frog rod, but it looks as if this weather is gonna ruin my chances of goin to CA and getting thems, gonna go online instead. Oh well. I have 2 new reels sitting here with no rods for them. I guess I have a few more months before froggin and punchin anyways......sigh

On a better note, i did get a PS3 with a fishing game, but Im sure it will make my impatience worse!

I don't have a Christmas List because I won't be getting anything fishing related for Christmas but I do have a wish list:

1) A boat
2) Daiwa Pixy Reel
3) Zillion Rod and Reel
4) Chronarch D/XMG 50

Well number one for me is a new aqua view underwater camera. I currently have an atlantis that has seen better days.

I'd love to have one of the new curado 200 E7 reels as well. That compact little reel with a 7:1 ratio feels pretty sexy.

Other than that a gift card to 3 riv or TW would be just great for the little things.

Daniel I'd love my christmas present to be a 10lber using your PStix. I'd even wait until the spring. Thats not too much to ask right?

Naw man, you can wait till spring. Luckily them CA boys have an earlier sping than us. I forsee big big bass on when i get this massive chunk how i want it!!! Cant wait

Yeah, I know. Definitely a sweet deal and being one who loves shimano reels, I am a bit shocked that I ain't biting for their enticing offer.. I'd rather get the pixy for my UL casting rig.

before christmas santa came too:
4 inch TT swimbait in perch
custom painted bbz perch
2 ms slammers
okuma swimbait rod, if TW ever gets them in stock
Shimano 401a Cardiff reel (bargain bin on TW-in great condition visually)
GL2 senko skipper rod
2 curado E's
2 spools of Seaguar abrazix flouro
80 lb power pro for trailer hook rigging
3:16 minnows
Bassaholics hat, long sleeve, t-shirt, and beanie visor

couple other things I can't think of right now

Santa needs to get back to work.

Santa brought me a PantherMartin holographic weedless frog and a couple of Yo-Zuri sinking mini crankbaits. Took the family to my sons house this year because he is laid up with a broken leg and wrist from a dirtbike crash he had a few weeks ago. I told him he needs to fish more and ride less...it's a little less hazardous to your health!

I'll be getting myself a lakewood swimbait box and a new frog rod. New electronics/TM for the boat are also on the list.

Well I ended up with a new Curado 200E7, which I can't wait to try out. The girly got it for me. I may have a keeper...

Sounds like everyone got some nice gear. I just wished for a couple of dry days without snow!
A new Curado would be cool in the slower gear ratio for crankbaits. Maybe some 6 inch Hula Grubs if you can find them.
