This is my first year with Evergreen, and from what I've witnessed so far, you could randomly pick any 10 and come up with a top notch team. Alot of good sticks down here....

I know Jordan... I too was flipping you some stuff! Hope I get to fish it!

Western is organizing a team to compete as well.
Good than I can pull out my old shirt from when I went to CWU that says: "Western You Suck."

I'm out...  I get screwed out again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jordan,

I think this came up last year, but how about a WAFISH team for those interested who are'nt associated with a club. It could be a good way to generate some revenue for maintenance costs!

Chad, great idea!!! Any suggestions on how we would pick such a team? Or first come first serve?

First come first served, online vote, or priority based on number of posts over the past year??? It would be a good opportunity for some people who don't have boats, to fish with tournament anglers who do. We could have 5 sponsors donate $50 each to pay for the entry fee's, and 100% winnings donated back to WAFISH. I'll be a sponsor to get the ball rolling! We should probably see who all is interested???? Thoughts?

There is a lot of very good anglers out there not associated with a club who know Sammamish........Watson, Marcantonio, Wolsky, Lowe, Librande, Johnson, Cooper, my father, Lind, and Maderos just to name a few. I don't know how many of them are members, or would be interested obviously. If you could pull a few boaters off that list then the Wafish team would be the odds on runner up favorite to Evergreen going into this event!

Sounds like the Wafish team has potential to be stacked

I agree! The Wafish team sounded like a cool idea until I saw the names involved!  Now it just seems cruel!!

Why don't we just get started with seeing who would be interested in what, to see if this is even possible.....ie......boater, non-boater, or team sponsor. Should this thread me moved to the main page for more recognization?
