If you had to decide on an Elite stop, where would you want to put it.  Where would you want to see the Bassmaster Elite Series pro have to compete?

Easy! Columbia River out of Tri Cities or Portland with permitted lock through.

Columbia River as David states

Agreed, Columbia out of Umatilla would be cool.  Lots of places to go upriver and down.  Time of year would be interesting, either spring or fall would be cool.

Potholes Reservoir.....

Assuming the footage is top notch, I'd love to watch those guys disect that body of water.

Would Potholes be big enough for a BASS event?  I'm not sure how many boats they usually have in an Elite Event.  It would be cool to see those guys have to figure out all that great looking cover.

Potholes in late May.

The lower Columbia in August/ Sept. Plenty of water to run up and down there, with the Willamette and such. I think sections of the river would be the only water really big enough to sustain such an event. If you fished Potholes this time of the year, the water is down a bit providing a lot more fishable shorline. In May, everything is covered up.

Lake Washington, Potholes, or the Big C.  The Big C is a trophy fish water.

I think tri-cities in the spring or fall would be a great place.

If you didn't know the summer issue of Bass Angler is out and there's free shipping this month if you subscribe Here is the link

I think the number of fish in a lake is as important as the size of the lake.
