You mean you can catch green fish before April????
Does it have to be in Washington State?
If your first fish is 2 lbs, and your 2nd fish is 8, we are going on an honor system, first fish only ?
O.K. seriously, where are you guys targeting these largemouth early in the year? I tend to just focus on smallmouth, but I would love hooking in to a pig largemouth.
I know a Lake ...hmmm.... Come on Tag ,fish from Texas aren't allowed!
Can Ron and I use our green fish from the Portland sportsmans show? jk The tank fish there were eating good had a double on a spook and had some swimbait fish. Ron caught the 2 monsters on a hollow frog. It was great for demonstrations the fish were eating everything.
Yep, same with the Puyallup show tank demos. But I will guarantee I catch a bunch of largemouths next week, in the wild.
BTW, Duck Lake usually produces a good crankbait bite for largemouth in February.

Check my photos on my page, I have 4 fish posted on there from a couple years ago in February... It is not rare to catch largemouth in February, I am still waiting for Jake The Snake to post a picture of his 5 pounder he caught a couple weeks ago east of the mountains! If you donn't find the humor in this go back and reread Jakes posts!
