Hi guys, I've heard alot about something called a reel invasive jig trailer on here, and I was wondering where I can maybe get a few to try out? I can't get google search to respond to it, so I assume it's a small company that makes it?
Thanks

Contact Daniel Bavery, he is the man!

Logan,

I designed a big beefy jig trailer for mop style jigs a couple years ago. Moving back down to Cali last year put a big hinderance on my ability to set up a shop again, but as soon as I move into my new house next month (like a mile from Basspro, hehe) I will be able to make them again. They are still a work in progress but initial tesing showed they are beastly.

There is also still a possibility they will be tailored to Tag Watsons jigs that are at Limit Out Marine so you should be able to get them in a couple months from there....fingers crossed.

If you look in my blog thing or photos on here you might see a picture or two of them, not really sure.

Could I place an order in advance for when you get the shop back up and start producing again?

I would like to say yes, but I have no idea how much i will be charging, the colors, or exactly when I will even be able to make them. Ive been trying to get back on track making but life seems to happen way too often. I want to say April will be where but I cant guarantee anything as of now.

When it gets closer and stable, we can work something out for sure.

Alright please contact me when that time comes? Can you post a pic of one?

With a smile....anything is possible.

Ya when i am ready i will be posting all kinds of pictures and stuff, sending out some small sample packs and such. I will look for photos when I get home.

They will prob be close to an OZ each, so better come correct when adding to a jig!!!

Best big fish jig trailer out there!

Thanks Tag, you the man.

Here is one picture of the initial design, but it will change a tad bit. You cant really tell, but they are quite heavy and thick, def a big bass trailer. With a decent sized jig they sit 6-7" long I believe was the initial design, but quite wide.

The slow is pretty slow because of the amount of plastic, but the recipe will change so it will fall faster if needed. Colors have not been chosen yet, the picture is the master i carved out of clay. They will be the typical colors more than likely, but with my twist on them. There was some styles i made for Chris Blandi a while back with special claws. Its hard to say if the features I put on the claws  did the trick, but he def caught a ton of bass on them. When they hit shelves up there you will see the features Im talking about, very simple but i feel effective.

Do you have to use a punch rod due to its weight? Hell, my mops are only about 3/4 ounce and light enough to use on a standard jig rod.

Tag said it before I could, best big fish jig trailer on the market.  Still waiting to get my hands on more.  You are at the back of the line Logan, but lucky for you it may be a short line.  Don't people like to catch big fish ?
