After seeing the Baitsmith 6-inch swimbait in perch, I wondered if Huddleston would come out with a perch finish. I just saw that Tacklewarehouse has the 6-inch weedless Hudd in a phantom perch finish.

Not so sure about that perch pattern, maybe the pic is just bad. The R2S Bossymark has a great perch pattern, but i havent seen a really good soft one yet.
That is a weird looking perch.
Could just be the pic, but it needs a little orange. I've toned down my tackle spending luckily, I'll have to pass for now.
It reminded me of a phantom version of the Castaic Boot Tail (SBT) perch pattern

BaitSmith seems to have the best looking perch pattern soft swimbait at this time but they are pricey for a 6-inch bait

Who in California has ever caught a real yellow perch anyhow? I don't even think they have them down there so saying that a bait painted like a yellow perch made in Spokane looks better than a bait made in California doesn't suprise me one bit. If you ask nicely they might even make you a special, banks lake perch, potholes perch, cour de lane perch, kind of like all the trout those weirdy's have.
