Dad and Daughter here. It was a fun activity with her. She loves driving my bass boat so we just had to make it legal.

I have mine! The grandfather clause got me last year. It is super easy to get though. You can access all the research materials and take the course online. I think it is worth getting even if you aren't required to by law because of your age.

The reason I am asking this is I was thanking of holding a class at Limit Out Marine for those that were interested. I know that I have to have one by 2012.

So e-mail if interested and I will figure out a time when the Coast Guard will come out and give the class.
