Hello I am thinking of adding on the my collection with a new baitcaster. What do you think would be the best rod to get?

Best rod or reel? For what application? Just go to a tackle shop and see which one screams your name and puts finger nail marks in your back.
that sounds good right now i am liking the Quantum tour edition
Daiwa Steez reel on a GLoomis NRX rod.
There you go right there. Don't worry about the cool grand it will cost you.... I would add a little more detail as to what you are looking for.

I like the Pflueger Patriarch with the dual brake system I have one and just ordered another from fishermanschoiceporshop.com they have them on sale for $139.95 normally $199.95
Love the Diawa Steez
i have owned nothing but curados they are awesome for the money cant go wrong imo but i just bought a revo about a month ago and I am super impressed. I cast light lures further than then the curados and it is super smooth but I find its a little more finicky for backlashes.
In the under $200 range these are 2 great options.
my favorite reel is the Daiwa Zillion it cast great and the drag is very strong, but I like many other brands this one is my fav.. and team it up with a Dobyns rod you can't go wrong good luck..
Shimano Chronarch... Just got a one and cant believe how great it is...
try the shimano calais 100a or the 200a i own a couple of them and they are amaizing or try the steez i have some and there are really really good.
Any Team Daiwa reel IMO is a quality reel. I have a few from the Exceler to the Viento and Sol, even the Inshore model. They are all small which I love and they cast well and have very smooth retrieves. The drag is as good as any other I have tried and it's never failed me. The other I have been pleased with is the Curado 100D. That reel is also tiny, casts well, and is buttery smooth.
