Washington Fishing

The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

What a performance for Ron Hobbs!  We all know he has the talent, temperment, and competitive acumen; now the rest of the country knows it.  Congratulations, Ronald; enjoy the moment with Angie and Hudson in attendance...take in all the sights and activity and know that you made the Pacific Northwest proud of you.  You are a great ambassador and representative of all that is good in bass fishing.  Next year the competition will be scared of you at every moment.

Thanks also to Joel Shangle and Northwest Wild Country for keeping us informed and allowing us to share in a little of the excitement that Ron produced for us.

ciao,

Congrats Ron! That was an unbelievable performance under what appeared to be brutally tough conditions!

Thanks for the great write ups Joel! The great detailed information that you provided all of us made it so much easier to keep up with what was going on! Your write ups were second to none and it sure beats what you get on FLW's website!
I agree with everything Marc said. Great job Ron.
Congratulations on an amazing tournament, Ron! Everyone that has fished with (or against) you is not the least bit surprised to see you competing at the highest level of the sport. Like Marc said, we are all very proud of you.

Out of curiosity, did you just have them deduct the deposit for the Tour next year out of your paycheck???

Great job, my man!!!
Roy will get lots of congratualations

Maybe Mr.Panic should give Hobbs a semi pro-staff shirt that says Roy as a joke.Good job Ron it was cool to watch it live.I dont think he ever stopped smiling either.
Great job Roy Hobbs....LOL

From now on he will be Roy to me......lol.

I called and left a message to congratulate him.....and he called me back while pulling out of the parking lot of the arena. I was shocked, since he had to have had tons of calls and people bombarding him. I can't wait to hear a few of the stories.....Sounds like there are MANY to tell.

As Marc said, I don't think any of us are surprised to see Roy's success.....and we are all proud .

Great guy.....and I am proud to have the priveledge of donating tournament entry money to him for a long time. !

Jeff
