The Online Source for Washington Fishing Information

Hi Everyone,
I know most of us will be hitting up the seminar with Hobbs and Marc on Saturday, but that afternoon and all day Sunday is wide open. I'll be on WAWA doing some pre-fishing come say whats up if you see me out there.

Who else is going to tough the weather?

I figure eventually Nixon's will run out of centercaps or my garage will have a big enough gash in it that it won't be a problem!!

Well I hit the Okanogan today and the water temp was a blistery 33.1 degrees and I had to dodge ice jams all day. No action, but still nice too get out. I'll give her a shot tomorrow rain or shine.
I thinks we should just drink a bunch of beer and take a saws-all to it!

Well my crazy a$$ , went out to wa wa saturday & sunday ..On Sunday afternoon as i stood there at the launch and look back across the lake washington . I recapped the day , the 4ft swells and face full of water , wet from top to bottom . I Started asking myself questions like "was is worth almost going over board in the drink " & "Do i really has any clue of what is considered safe fishable water" .. so as i sit here at work this monday morning , im very humbled ! and guess what .?? I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK ON THE LAKE ..lmao !!

DEZ
Yea, Dave sexton and I got there and decided it might be safer to just launch and fish in lk union, well conditions were not much better we just didn't have any big swells. same story no fish

I'm with you Dez. At the moment when i was on the lake getting pelted with snow and rain, I wasn't really enjoying it, but as i sit here at work and look over the lake I realize that I can't wait to get back on the water. This thing we call bass fishing is an ADDICTION!!!
Went to Samm fished for 2.5 hours I caught 3 and lost a handful, I was using inferior gear, all my good gear is in a different State right now, Wolsky caught 4, missed a half dozen. Got blown around and wet and when the next sleet shower was coming down the lake we left. From 1 p.m. to 3:30 not too bad of a day, at least it wetted my appetite.
Hopefully I can get to Lake Washington this weekend if I can get over the past. Anybody have any advise on how to attack the lake this early in the season.
Good luck that is all I have to say. Hit or miss the fish are all over the place and they are hard to pin point. They are from 55 to 20 feet of water, no joke, I try to avoid that lake this time of the year, I like going somewhere were you can catch a limit or two.
