Washington Fishing

Just ordered the Minn Kota Talon shallow water anchoring system - 8' model for the back of the Skeeter! This thing has some killer features vs. a power pole including auto up/down, rough water mode that checks for bottom contact every few seconds, a speedy 5 seconds to get down all the way to 8feet, and a removable bracket so you can easily take it on/off.

I'll make sure to post pictures when I get it all installed.

Test dummy perfect. Actually they are a good looking piece of equipment. I looked at them at ICAST last July when they were introduced you will have to give us a review on installation time and overall performance and extra parts needed.
I'm having one installed on my new Triton I'm ordering this year.........looks to be a killer unit.

I'm anxious to hear your reports after using it.  I plan to buy one or the other after learning more about each system.

If it knows when you crank the big motor and retracts I can see that being very beneficial!

Maybe it should also come with a sensor that will automatically send a text to everyone when a guy tries to take off with it down......
