ok thanks! sorry about the lost of your finger. i'm looking to find a way to extend my rod handle and thought that looks like a cool rod handle extention.

Thanks for the Prop's guys!  To answer your question Sun, I lost my index finger in a work accident.  When I tried to go fishing, I found I was dropping my rod out of the boat a lot.  I tied strings to my wrist for awhile, but eventually found this guy ( a Pro Bass guy) who was making a product that protects your lower grip and floats your rod.  It will float baitcasters and spinning rods.  It's call The Rod Guard.  Unfortunately...they're out of business!
