As with years past I will also have a raffle immediately following the tournament - unlike most raffles I will not have alot of stuff, but instead I will have some BIG prizes to give out which may include G-Loomis and Dobyns Rods, Reels, Oil, Gift Cards, etc...

Thank you all for your support every year for this tournament. Last year we had close to 25 boats, I'd love to see it come up to 30 or so again this year. All proceeds from tournament and raffle go directly to the hosting and upkeep of WAFISH so again, I appreciate the support!

I am also going to allow "Rev Rigs" again this year since it did not have any effect on the results last year. All of the top finishers were using conventional winter time tactics such as dropshot or football heads.

You can also expect a "Weird" fish pot where you are allowed to weigh in trout, cutthroat, squawfish or whatever else bites that is within legal fishing regs. Here's some pics from previous years:

Berto loving him some trout....

Ron with a smallmouth and a squawfish kicker...

Parnsworth and Brian with some good brown fish

Chris with a big 'un

John with a nice pair...

Shawn and Rick with three nice ones!

Weather report is calling for Partly cloudy and no wind. Bundle up and make your way out to the water this saturday everyone!

I might be able to attend if someone is looking for a back seater. I also have a bass boat but am probably too green to be front seat. Disclaimer: I'm brand new... only been fishing bass since fall but have a good attitude :)

Looking forward to freezing out with the rest of you guys!

Hey Ben, ever fish in 20 degree weather with a north wind in Arizona? :)

Hey guys!I will be attending if it doesn't snow down here in Lacey tomorrow. If it does the roads might not allow me to make it,supposed to be 12 degrees Saturday morning and its a haul for me on iced roads. Wanted to bring up that we will probably need some rock salt for the ramps so if you have a bag kickin around bring it to the tourney. Jordan probably has planned for that but just wanted to put it out there. Hope to make it and safe travels to all attending.

If anyone is looking for a back seat please let me know. I have gas money, my own tackle, strong back, good attitude, and am looking to learn as I'm very new. I can re-arrange an appointment I have at 8:00am tomorrow if I find someone before 4:00pm today.

Thanks,

Darren

I have planned for the icy ramp situation as has happened in years past. I will be prepared if I can get some volunteers to help with that I would appreciate it.

Also, I wanted to give a shout out to Limit Out Marine for donating a Daiwa Tatula rod and a just keepers weigh bag, as well as Three Rivers Marine for donating a G-Loomis rod and Dobyn's Rod.

I will also have Eagle Claw Products, Panic Minnow, McNett waterproofing gear and cleaner, and a brand new Abu Garcia Revo STX for the raffle. Bring a few extra bucks for that! We won't have alot but what we do have is big items!

I plan on being there early in the morning and can help with the ice and anything else. I wasn't able to find a partner for the tournament so I'll show up to lend a hand and meet people. I'll bring my gear in case someone needs/wants a partner last minute.

What time should I arrive to help out? 6? Earlier?

Too cold for me. Hook your bow straps up before you take your boat out of the water.

Thanks Jordan for a great tournament!  I had a great time fishing with Ron as always.  We had a pretty good day, and were able to boat all the fish we hooked while staying relatively warm.  See ya all next year. Happy Holidays Everyone.

How did it go out there, any results available?
