Thanks guys. I wouldn't exactly call myself a veteran angler though. LOL. It is funny how those guys spin stuff. I guess that is why they write the articles though. This article is also coming out in an upcoming Bassmaster magazine, so that will be pretty cool. Those guys were pretty cool. It was a pretty tough bite, but luckily we managed to get some fish in the boat. I know there are a bunch of guys on this site that would have been better to take these guys out on Sammamish, but I couldn't turn down the offer. LOL..
Good Work Mark !! Im still sad i missed out due to work , Dj said everything turned out awsome . I have been awaiting for this article to come out for months now ..lol Well DJ looks like your getting some national attention , keep up the good work ! Proud to Rep the Product !!
This was alot of fun to do. The bite was tough that day and we actually didn't catch alot of fish. I lost a real nice largie right off the bat and went stone cold biteless for a while. Finally got 3 good smallies in 15 min off a spot I had. The fish in the picture was the biggest. It was actually just shy of 4lbs not 5 as mentioned in the article. Needless to say, the fish had a modeling workout as DJ and I took about 25 pic apiece with it. That was the most interesting part, working with the photographer coming up with shot idea's.
Thanks for all the kind words and let's keep bass fishing on the forefront up here in the northwest.
